About Our Founder
Derin Çetin was born in Istanbul in 2001 and has always been driven by curiosity — about people, business, and the world around him. His academic journey took him from University College London, where he studied Information Management, to Imperial College Business School, where he completed his MBA in Economics and Strategy.
Derin’s passion for real estate began early. For him, property has always been more than just buildings or investments — it’s about helping people realise their dreams. Meeting new people, understanding their needs, finding the perfect home, securing the best deal, and finally handing over the keys — that sense of fulfilment has always been his greatest motivation.
After gaining valuable experience in Turkey’s dynamic property sector, Derin founded DRND to bring a fresh, data-informed, and design-driven approach to the London real estate market.
Today, he collaborates with a trusted network of architects, developers, and financial advisors, providing clients with expert guidance at every stage of their property journey.
